Grease trap interceptors

Local health departments require that restaurants provide a grease interceptor prior to discharging into the main sewer line.  Some restaurants have grease trap beneath the 3 compartment sink and others are located outdoors below grade. We offer pumping service and reporting to comply with local agency regulations.  We can negotiate a maintenance program to further assist with the requirements.
